Atlas Kaiser hates a great many things, but right now, he hates Henri Vasel most of all. He doesn’t want to have to look at his ridiculously perfect face, or listen to his adorable German accent. He just wants to be left alone. Unfortunately, the two of them have been partnered together for the entire semester, so he’ll have to grit his teeth and find a way to make it work.

Slowly, and rather against Atlas’s will, their animosity begins to soften into a tentative friendship, and eventually into something more. But while Henri finds himself wanting more still, Atlas can’t quite bring himself to trust whatever it is that’s growing between them.
